While this might be a strange thing to start off with, Jeanette (the owner), thinks it's so important that a live body answers all calls during our office hours that we just had to brag about it. That's right. Absolutely NO answering machine, no "leave a message, we'll get back to you", but a real live voice from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. |

We stock the paper and do the printing ourselves. You're not ordering from a book, we aren't forwarding your order to another printer to process, print and ship to you. We do it all ourselves, in our 9,000 square foot facility in Foothill Ranch, California. |

We know every website claims they have great prices. We've seen great prices that include something like $275 for 50 invitations; $165 for 50 announcements...you get the picture. Well, you won't find any prices close to those bargains on our site. Our average price on our exclusive 5" x 7" cards is $132 for 100 (that's not a typo, we mean 100.) |

We're so concerned about getting your order right (the first time) that we upload a free actual typeset proof of your order to the My Account section of our website. This proof has been typeset by one of our wonderful typesetters and done specifically for your order, it is a not a computer or web generated simulation. Actual "people typesetters" make sure your order will look and be perfect. We know the extra time this might take will definitely be worth the little bit of time that it takes to ensure your order is perfect! |

Fast Turn Around |

We process and ship your order usually within 3-5 business days of its receipt. We know there are companies that ship quicker, but we take the time to typeset each order one at a time by our expert typesetting "people". We have also found that taking the extra time to have you view a FREE typeset before your custom order prints and ships makes everyone happy and every order perfect! Reprints are no fun for anyone, so we never sacrifice quality for speed. If you need your order faster, we do offer a RUSH Service |

You can track your order right from our website at any time! Just click on UPS Tracking from any website page and enter your unique order number. Also, the day your order ships from our facility, we will post your UPS Tracking Number to your "My Account" so you know your order is on its way.
