Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights

Every winter we see the beautiful blue and gold of Hanukkah cards next to the red and green of Christmas cards. Hanukkah is celebrated by the Jewish faith for eight days and it is a time to gather friends and family for the symbolic lighting of candles each of the eight days, eating traditional foods of Hanukkah, singing Hanukkah songs, and playing dreidel games.
