By now I’m sure you’ve seen Santa Claus all over the place, but have you seen him this way? Only in Southern California! (I wonder if he’s delivering the car to someone?)

How fun for children to wake up to Santa’s footprints! Trace a large pair of men’s boots onto paper or newspaper then cut out. Use as a stencil to sprinkle secret non-melting snow and magic dust (baking soda and glitter) to create Santa’s footprints in front of your fireplace or by your Christmas tree.
If it’s snowing where you are, gather family and friends and make this fun upside down snowman! While we don’t usually have to think about snow in Southern California, I remember making my share of snowmen when I lived in the midwest.
This amazing Creme Brulee Fudge will be a favorite to serve to guests or wrap up for treats to give away. Incredibly tasty and wonderfully different.
I love the picture of this martini and admit, I had to find the recipe to see what the snowball looking thing was in the cocktail. Turns out it’s Douglas Fir Sorbet. Who knew there was such a thing? Turns out you have to make it yourself and that’s a little more work than I think I will ever do for a cocktail. I’m not sure where I’d find Douglas Fir fronds in Southern California, but it does look interesting.
